After months and months of listening, editing, tweaking, and re-recording, I’m happy to announce that the music for my upcoming album is finished! I hold within my hands the only copy of my CD.
Now for the fun part. I’ve been listening to my music through the monitors in my studio for so long, I need to find out how it sounds on other systems. So I’m going to take my CD and play it in various places. I remember doing this with a CD from my former band in NY. I think it took about five or six attempts before we were happy with the way it sounded.
I hope everything sounds as good outside the studio as does inside!
